Rachael DaylongRachael Daylong is an experienced caterer and writer who currently travels throughout the United States looking for the best restaurants, recipes, and wine lists.

At 17, she started cooking in College Station, Texas but quickly moved to Hyde Park, New York were she graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Her extensive restaurant experience gave her opportunities to taste all levels of wine and learn all wine basics. She then went on to work for the San Francisco Chronicle food and wine section were she organized all wine tastings and facilitated recipe development. Here she was blessed with the opportunity to try some of the countries best wines.
